For individuals with less severe ptosis (eyelid sagging), we improve the ptosis without making any incisions, creating an eye shape that appears bigger and clearer.
For individuals with significant ptosis (eyelid sagging), thick skin, excess fat, or severe hooding of the eyelids, we remove an appropriate amount of tissue to create a distinct and defined eye shape.
For individuals with excess skin and fat on the eyelids, we make an incision above the eyelashes to remove excess skin and tissue, resulting in a beautiful monolid eye shape without a defined double eyelid line.
For individuals with no sagging of the eyelid skin or excess fat, we shorten the Mueller muscle through the conjunctiva inside the eyelid to correct the monolid without creating a double eyelid line.
