Q. How long does Botox last?

A.  The effects of Botox typically start to appear from about 1 week after the procedure and gradually become more noticeable until around 2-3 months after the treatment. The duration of the effects varies from person to person, but since Botox temporarily reduces the activity of targeted muscles, it is advisable to have the procedure done every 5-6 months if you want to maintain the results consistently.

Q. Can fillers be dissolved at any time?

A.  The ability to dissolve fillers depends on the type of filler used. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers can be dissolved at any time with an injection, allowing for easy adjustments or retreatment. On the other hand, non-dissolvable fillers that contain various chemical components may require a separate removal procedure if you wish to eliminate them.

Q. Can I have both Botox and fillers injected into my face without any problems?

A.  Botox and fillers are injected into different skin layers, so they do not interfere with each other. Therefore, it is absolutely fine to have both Botox and fillers injected simultaneously, as they work independently and can be safely combined.
