In a normal breast, the nipple is positioned approximately 4-5 cm above the breast crease. On the other hand, sagging breasts can be visually identified, with the nipple being positioned lower than the breast crease.

CASE 01
If you have small and sagging breasts
(Grade 1 Breast Ptosis)
If the nipple is within 1cm below the inframammary fold, breast augmentation alone can achieve lifting effects, and for the best results, adding a mastopexy can complete creating beautiful breasts.
CASE 02
If you have sagging and deflated breasts
(Grade 2-3 Breast Ptosis)
If the nipple is more than 1cm below the inframammary fold, the sagging tissues are corrected and lifted, and then the volume is increased either through breast augmentation with implants or autologous fat grafting to achieve a firm and beautiful breast shape.

If you have large sagging breasts without firmness
If the nipple is more than 3cm below the inframammary fold, the sagging tissues are corrected and lifted to address the sagging breasts. If there is a lack of upper breast volume, autologous fat grafting can be performed to increase the volume and achieve a beautiful breast shape.

Unless the breast size is excessively large, the surgery can be performed using the areolar incision technique. The surgery involves making a circular incision around the areola and reducing the internal breast tissues. This method results in minimal scarring.
A 4-5cm incision is made below the nipple to reduce the lower breast skin. This technique allows for fast surgery and recovery, with a high level of breast support after the procedure. It improves upon the disadvantages of the inverted-T incision, providing a higher corrective effect with fewer scars.
This is the oldest surgical technique used for various breast conditions such as sagging breasts or excessively large breasts. It offers the most significant corrective effect but may result in longer scars that can be visible on the chest.
