The surgeon's skill level also plays a role in determining the need for a compression garment. Therefore, it is crucial to choose a skilled and experienced surgeon for the procedure.
Q. When is it possible to resume daily activities after breast augmentation?
A. These days, most breast augmentation procedures allow for same-day discharge, and massage is not necessary. Generally, after 3 to 5 days following the surgery, there should be no problem in resuming daily activities. However, the recovery time may vary depending on the individual, and it is advisable to avoid intense exercise or strenuous physical activities for at least a month.
Q. Is it necessary to have a massage after breast augmentation?
A. Usually, massage is not necessary after breast surgery. The possibility of massage depends on the type of breast implant used.
